那我明天又是旺季了

現在預計四月有蘭嶼行

現在還要新加一個曼谷購物團

我在台大的日子第222天！歐耶～廖老師一整天心情都很好喔

一下子一個月就過去了

四個禮拜就過去了

在虎尾這四個禮拜我一直在進行臨床實證的部份

這一次比在斗六用的更多更直接

可能是整個心態又改過了一次吧

以前我認為在治療室裡面也可以進行所謂ADL的活動

我可以利用一些活動設計去符合ADL化

不過卻忘記了我之前所用的那些活動其意義在那邊

一直想一直想一直想新的活動

一直想一直想一直想不要再想了

想到頭都很痛

不過我想也是經過這樣的思考

讓我對於我目前所給的治療有一定的目的

活動再也不是亂給

活動再也不是接不起來

活動再也不是完全沒有療效

活動再也不是一直一直要換活動

因為我看到一些效果出來了

連外勞都覺得很驚訝

或許是剛好一直重複練習的次數夠多

或許是剛好符合病人的特性

我應該還是要再收集更多更多的實證效果吧

游志煌學長跟我聊了一下天

也不是說聊天拉

一開始的部份我覺得還滿嚴肅的

哈XDD其實到後面也就還好

他鼓勵我開始收集所謂臨床實證的東西

去找自己想要看的部份

我想我應該會繼續執行吧

雖然是還沒有說很有系統去研究

星期五一整個心情就很好

因為有人探班XDD

下次換我去探班好了

而且小朋友狀況進入很多

真的是讓我很預想不到XDD

我跟病人其實都相處的還滿不錯的

我很慶幸我遇到的大部分是好咖
